While in 2023/2024 the first edition of Board Essentials – a cooperation by SIX and ILE-HSG – has been successfully launched, we are glad to share with you the launch of its second edition that will take place between Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.

The 8-module program is led by a combination of leading academics and industry practitioners. The modules cover a diverse range of topics, including corporate engagement in politics, board decision making strategies, how platforms disrupt markets, sustainability strategy and targets, global tax and climate risk, stakeholder engagement, global trade and demography challenges, organizational distress, to name a few. The persons participating receive a certificate that can be used for corporate governance reports.
