At the Institute for Law and Economics (ILE-HSG) we are committed to good corporate governance, so we developed the International Board Program in partnership with SDA Bocconi.

The program is tailored for directors, senior group executives, and key family shareholders of internationally oriented and large privately-owned corporations.
