Im Rahmen des OECD-BEPS-Projekts werden ab 1.1.2019 europaweit neue Regelungen in Kraft treten, um die europäische Anti-Tax-Avoidance-Richtlinie (ATAD) in nationales Steuerrecht zu überführen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, welcher Mindeststandard in den einzelnen Staaten der EU gelten wird, beziehungsweise ein praktischer Ansatz vorgestellt, mit dem geprüft werden kann, welchen Einfluss die vorgesehenen Massnahmen auf Schweizer Konzernstrukturen haben können.
Dans le cadre du projet OCDE-BEPS, de nouvelles réglementations entreront en vigueur dans toute l’Europe à partir du 1er janvier 2019 afin de transposer la Directive européenne contre l’évasion fiscale (ATAD) en droit fiscal national. Cet article montre quelles normes minimales s’appliqueront dans les différents pays de l’Union européenne et présente une approche pratique au moyens de laquelle il est possible d’examiner l’impact des mesures prévues sur les groupes d’entreprises suisses.
