• Supporting the department's activities: The support association is committed to the further development of the department and supports projects in research, teaching and further education  both financially and ideologically.

• Financial Independence: Thanks to the contributions and commitment of its members, the department can operate independently and specifically promote innovative projects.

• Annual Conference: Members receive free or heavily discounted access to the ILE annual conference, which takes place every year in the first week of July. The conference leadership rotates annually among the specialist departments, ensuring a broad range of topics. 
• Exclusive Events: Members gain access to networking events, expert presentations, brown bag lunches and further education programs. 
• Co-Creation: Members can actively participate in the further development of the institute and help shape new projects.
