Forum for tax law

The Forum for Tax Law addresses tax law topics from an academic perspective and presents, analyzes and comments on current developments. The focus is on publishing scientifically sound articles with a focus on practical relevance. The authors uncover inadequacies in current or planned tax regulations as well as official and judicial practice.
