In cooperation with CapLaw – Swiss Capital Markets Law, the second edition of the conference Capital Markets Law in Focus will take place on 19 August 2026 at the SIX ConventionPoint in Zurich. The conference brings together experts from industry, regulatory authorities, legal practice and academia to discuss current developments in capital markets law from a practical perspective.

This year's conference focuses on the question: Clarity or Room for Interpretation? Challenges in Interpreting Bond Terms and Conditions. The programme features presentations by Nina Reiser (University of St.Gallen), Holger Hartenfels (Freshfields) and Manuel Gadient (UBS), among others, followed by a panel discussion with representatives from Julius Baer, Zurich Insurance, Walder Wyss and Zürcher Kantonalbank.
